1/2 cup Coconut oil
1/2 cup Butter or Ghee
1/4 cup Cocoa powder
16 oz Sunflower seeds
1/2 tbsp Himalayan Sea Salt
1/2 cup unsweetened Chocolate chips
1/2 cup unsweetened shredded Coconut (optional)
1 - 2 tsp instant Coffee (optional)
20-25 drops of Stevia or 1/4 cup Truvia (optional)
1/4 cup Collagen hydrolysate powder (optional)
pinch of Cayenne pepper (optional)
Cut the parchment paper to fit 8x8 glass dish and line the dish in criss cross fashion, so it would be easy to take out later.
Put Coconut oil, Butter and sugar-free Chocolate chips in a bowl. Melt it in a microwave or use bain marie.
Put Sunflower seeds (can be replaced with Walnuts, Pecans, etc.) in a food processor ( I use Ninja). Grind it.
Pour the seeds into the melted ingredients, add everything else. Mix.
Pour into the dish. Put some unsweetened shredded Coconut or sugar-free Chocolate chips on top. Put it in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
Cut it up and enjoy.
Keep in the fridge.
